Is it worth it at 78 ? - Implant replacement teeth
I'm 79 right now, and about three years ago, I considered getting complete, full dental implants. When I went in to the dentist, I was told I didn't need total implants, and ended up getting an upper and lower set of false teeth, I still have about four teeth on the top and four on the bottom. This has worked out well for me. The whole think only cost me about 20K baht. But, to answer you're question, yes, I would consider getting full dental implants here I Thailand if that were necessary.
