November 4, 201015 yr You never used to.. But lately they have been demanding it on Phuket.. So I guess its one of those Thai ones.. You wont know until you ask them. I only know this 100% for bikes.. But the safe assumption is any vehicle.

January 6, 201115 yr So how does one transfer ownership of a bike? have letter of residence, have book, have old owner, live in Pattaya. I gues I have to go out to the transport centre on Highway 36, also need to tax and insure. any advice would be welcome.
