madjbs
I have a friend who is on a Non-Immigrant multiple entry visa. She was stamped in for 90 days as usual but she has just realized that she has overstayed by one day. If she leaves the country tomorrow on a visa run will the Non-Imm visa be still valid, giving her another 90 days or will it be void, meaning she will only get a 15 day visa exempt stamp? Thanks in advance Edited November 5, 2010 by madjbs
Mario2008
She may have to pay 500 baht overstay fine, but her visa remains valid and she can re-enter on that one. Overstay doesn't invalidate a visa.
