Has Anyone Tried The Honey Guesthouse Sathorn?

I found the Honey House in Sathorn for 330 Baht/night for a double room with AC very interesting.Is it to recommend for a family with a toddler?Anyways we´ll stay there only for 2 nights, I´d like to avoid cockroaches in the rooms and wrecks in the hall.

Is online booking available? I couldn´t find it listed on any webside I tried.

As this holiday in November will be our third this year I´d rather prefer to be cheap charlie and don´t want pay more than 500 Baht for a double room.But Sathorn should be the area as my wife used to live there and there´s still some family of hers.
