This would sound a bit stupid but i need some help.

I used my bill payment option of Bank Of Ayuthaya to pay my dads mobile bill. Due to some miscommunication , i paid the money for Orange Talk Plan option. Actually it was meant for CAT (international Calls) The transaction was completed and after 2 weeks i realized that the CAT people have not received the money yet and they checked that money is with Orange and it will take long time to get money from them. I dont understand how to go about this ?

Should i go to my bank OR Orange OR CAT ?

Has anyone faced a similar problem before ?

Please Help :o
