I am in need of a real dance instructor and not someone who claims they can teach because they have been dancing all their life.

I prefer someone with maybe a dance instructor qualification who has taken courses in how to break the dance steps down.

It could be salsa, tango etc... I am tired of running into teachers who want to teach you everything in an hour. I need a teacher who knows when their students are ready to advance to the next skill.

I have 10 months before I leave for a cruise to the Mediterranean and I would like to be competent and confident on the dance floor.

Any recommendations would be extremely helpful.
