November 16, 201015 yr A non immigrate O on what basis? You mention a wife but do not provide nationality.
November 16, 201015 yr Author A non immigrate O on what basis? You mention a wife but do not provide nationality. sorry if my post left some details out i will try and fill in the missing bits first i got my multiple journey category "o" in hull, i might of put visiting freinds on the form ,but i can't remember as i don't think its a make or brake situation when applying to hull,if you get my drift. that was in august 2009,and i married(not registed in bangkok) in november 2009 to a thai lady, after going to lao same day turnaround in aug 2010 to get the 15months total,i applied for my first double entry tr visa in ten years,i was refused and given a single entry. i don't think i made any bad errors on the application form so now i'm wondering which is best/cheapest//quickest/ is australia an option or is the uk my only course thanks in anticipation for any pointers
November 16, 201015 yr You could correspond with Brisbane on the basis of non registered marriage but expect you would have to return to the cold countries to obtain another multi entry non immigrant O visa.
November 17, 201015 yr Author You could correspond with Brisbane on the basis of non registered marriage but expect you would have to return to the cold countries to obtain another multi entry non immigrant O visa. cheers lopburi i will correspond with Brisbane and will let you know the result.
November 17, 201015 yr if you are married to a thai lady and have a thai marriage certificate, it shouldn't matter where the marriage is registered. assuming you can get the other documents required - surely you can just go to KL in malaysia and get a non imm "O"? see this thread for further details :
November 17, 201015 yr I read his post as a non registered marriage and said that in my reply (which he did not comment on) but if indeed he just means it has not been registered in Bangkok but is a legal marriage then KL with 100k in bank account would be an option.
