Wow. That's quite a first post. Welcome to Thai Visa. What a cathartic tale. I note your comment about wishing to cheat on your b/f. Well, you certainly have come to the right place as I am sure there are plenty of boys here willing to help you out. I’m ok for this as long as I didn’t give any of my personal information. My experience with him? If I cut out his laziness, i would say he was a good one, he took great care of me, always worry about me (physically)which I really appreciate.

you may have to look a little bit deeper. You mentioned he's a gameaholic, this seem to be the main reason for his reactions. In the US every nine seconds a students drops out from school(mainly males) due to this problem. The unwillingness in the education system to adjust to modern tools is also becoming a big problem, or is he in one of these schools here in Thailand where you and pay and wait it through?
