I need it for resell, in small quantities, so I can't pay the 97b from Carrefour. They have few good breads (although the crispiness is gone soon as you leave the shop) but overpriced already.

There's an English guy making and delivering bread, but too many complaints about his bread that's underdone, and I found it dry and tasteless.

What places might have a good deal, in/around the city ?

Butter is Better really uses 100% whole wheat in their whole wheat bakery products and they are GOOD. Most places that I have tried around here mix white flour with WW to make the bread softer, but not as healthy.
