hi there

I need to e-mail a large group artwork saved in jpeg. I would like it to show in their e-mail as they open it and not have to double click the attachment like normal. how is this possible please?

I will be sending from Outlook if that means anything.

Thank you

Insert >> Picture >> From File...

Hi there

this didnt work as I could only attach the file, the option for insert was not highlighted.

I opened a new mail and then went to Insert, picture, from file as you said but I was not able to click on picture!

anymore ideas? thank you :)

Display [of a recognised image format] depends more on the settings of the receiver, then the sender. The receiver's software [e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird or their browser] will either display the image attachment in-line or treat it as an attachment that has to be clicked.

Regards

PS Are you set up for HTML editing in Outlook, if not you'll need to enable it.

Outlook and OE need to be set to "Rich Text(HTML)" in the format Tab in order to insert a picture.

open the picture in for example paint and do <select all> <copy> and then just paste (ctrl-v) it into the email
