Apartments In On Nut Area

Ayup guys,

Can anyone recommend any decent apartments in the On Nut area (walking distance to BTS) for ~7k-10k per month?

I found some before on the net ut now thy've gone off the site.

MUST have internet.

I think your budget might be low for something decent and within walking distance of BTS for this area.

I have noticed a new place call Studio 73 that is located on Sukhumvit close to Soi 73. I think it's priced in 4-5k range but suspect it has small rooms.

You need to walk the area and check for yourself.

Try Lumpini Ville/Center. I lived there for over a year and would happily return there. It's on soi On nut (Suk 77), keep going past Carrefour and it's on the left, can't miss it. There are notice boards all around the place showing available condos. Prices from around 6k.

Most people wouldn't consider Lumpini walking distance from On Nut though, considering it's Bangkok (humidity, etc).

True, most Thai/lazy people wouldn't walk it as it's only a motorbike taxi ride away. I usually preffered to take the 10 minute walk.

I don't really know why I said walking distance, motorbike taxi down the soi is fine.

Lumpini Ville/Center has a few notice boards on site advertising vacancies there.

You need to walk down soi 81 opposite Tesco Lotus. You've got KV Mansion first and then Pornpanasap. Both good. On the other side there are several Thai-named places with appear cheaper. Keep walking further down and there is a bigger place on your left where many foreigners stay too. It takes a walk to find them, but they're all good value if you stay for a 1 year.

Zenith, which is right next to a bus stop, and loads of shops around it, and a wet market to boot.
