dmscott
I am thinking of applying for an ED visa and was wondering if any one can recommend a good school. I'm serious about learning Thai, and would like to go to a good school, but am worried about handing so much money over in one go. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance, ds
Colabamumbai
My only personal experience was with www.thailanguagesolutions. After some initial small problems, they went out of their way to look after me. I transferred money from Canada without problem. I attended every class. I felt that I got my moneys worth. Mario2008
Might help if you indicate where you want to study. But I would advise to check out several language schools first, as different schools have different ways of learning. You should chose the one that fits best with you. Most schools will allow you to take a sample class before you decide to sign up or not.

WilliamIV
I can recommend Walen Language School You can see their Adverts on ThaiVisa The Owner Mr McWalen is one of the most helpful persons I have ever met anywhere (I am 70 years old) He has given me extraordinary assistance with 2 students from India. I have seen adverse comments here about the Teaching Method obviously by persons who could not get to grips with the idea of only Reading & Speaking Thai from the very first lesson. But I took some lessons myself and found them to be to my liking. They will be Happy to give you a Free Trail lesson to see if the Method Suits you. They have an Office near Asok Sky Train / Sukhumvit Metro Stations Bill
