Ie Problem Solved

Featured Replies

Every time I opened Internet Explorer, I had to log in to ThaiVisa again. I was told to delete cookies, and I had done that several times to no avail. Firefox remembered my login.

Here is the solution:

I had deleted the cookies by using the function in IE (under Tools). It turns out that this doesn't delete all the cookies. I went to search my computer for any file that contains the word "thaivisa" and found more cookies (ending in .txt) on the C: drive. I deleted these and then opened Internet Explorer.

ow, IE remembers that I am logged in. The problem was not with the software that ThaiVisa uses, but with IE lieing about deleting "all" cookies.

I deleted everything with 'thaivisa' in the name and still have to log in every 2 days.

Can not excess the CM Forum all other OK. have deleted the cookies.

OK, I only deleted them yesterday. Let me see whether I will have to log in again tomorrow.

That's funny. Either I'm logged in or not, but I've never experienced being logged on for some fora.

On second thought, I can read all fora without being logged in.

What do you mean by "access": reading or posting?
