AussieKenny Posted January 15, 2011 Share Posted January 15, 2011 It's easy to leave Thailand with 1,000,000 baht. Just bring 2,000,000 in with you when you arrive. 80,000 rent is a hard one buddy. I think you'll find that 30% occupancy year round would be more like it. 95% in high and ??% in low. But if you can afford it, do it.
