MOSCOW (BNO NEWS) -- Multiple people were killed and scores were injured when a Dagestan Airlines passenger plane crash-landed at Moscow's Domodedovo airport in Moscow on Saturday, authorities said.

The airport said a Tu-154 aircraft carrying 155 people had gone off the runway as it was making an emergency landing at the airport. A spokesman said the plane had lost all its engines before the landing, but had no details on the cause.

The extent of the damage was not immediately clear, but Russian news agencies reported mass casualties. The Interfax news agency said at least two people had been killed, while dozens more were injured.

Other details were not immediately available.
