Windows Live Outgoing Mail -- Problems Using Ais 3G And Loxinfo

I have a loxinfo.co.th email account (without the cs-) and previously used AIS 3G with Windows XP with no problems, using mailsvr.loxinfo.co.th for incoming mail (POP3) and mail.loxinfo.co.th for outgoing (SMTP)

In a new laptop, Windows 7 Live mail reconfigured the mail settings to bkk3.loxinfo.co.th for both incoming and outgoing.

Incoming worked, but not Outgoing.

I then tried every combination for Outgoing including mail.loxinfo.co.th mail.csloxinfo.com smtp.csloxinfo.com smtp.loxinfo.com and used port 587 instead of 25. No joy.

Loxinfo did not reply to 3 separate email requests for help. I subsequently spent over an hour in the AIS Chiang Mai office with my laptop, where the helpful lady tried every combination she could, had a long phone discussion with a techie at Loxinfo, all this, alas, in vain. So I'm still stuck with the problem.

If anybody else has experienced this with 3G and found a solution, or can suggest one, I'll be very grateful.
