Literal (word for word) "transfer money to friend please friend must send car payment help friend please"

Which I think means:

Please transfer (some) money to (my) friend's (account). (My) friend must make a car payment. Please help (my) friend.

This is based on my guess that this is a note to you from a Thai person who wants you to help their friend. However, Thai is vague enough that there are alternative interpretations as to who is to help whom.
