Forgot To Get A Re-Entry Permit

I'm flying out tomorrow morning from Suvarnabhumi at 10:15 and i forgot to get a re-entry permit.

I here on a Non Immigrant O visa extension (retirement)

What are the consquenses and what can i do about it if anything?

Leaving without a re-entry permit will cancel your extension and you'll have to start again.
