Welcome to Amazing Thailand.

You are having problems in Euroland, and you are asking if it is easier in Thailand.

Quite Amazing.

But welcome ------ there are lots of people here, who can relieve you of the problem.

All banks will take them, some even for a better rate than smaller notes, Super Rich in BKK, for example, has the best rate and you can change kilos/tons of foreign currencies without showing any id... welcome to Thailand :)

If you go here: http://bankexchangerates.daytodaydata.net/default.aspx

You will see the exchange rates offerred by various places in Thailand, the top of the list being Super Rich money exchanger.

They list an exchange rate of 39.9 baht per Euro for 500 Euro notes.(currently).

Selecy EURO to Baht at the top of the page.

Good website to bookmark for future use.

Hope this helps :)
