It was fight night on Soi Yamoto on Tuesday, more specifically inside one of the many beer bars on the street. The fight was between Mr. Colin McQuick aged 38 from Scotland and Mr. David John aged 40 also from Scotland. Both men decided to fight after realizing that both were ex-armed forces signified by their tattoos. A heated discussion on which platoon was the better soon turned physical. At this point the Police were called and the two men were escorted to Pattaya Police Station. Initially they continued to verbally abuse each other. But, eventually they both shook hands and the fighting was over. Police decided to fine both men 500 Baht each and they went on they way back to Soi Yamoto to carry on drinking.
