Marriage Visa

I do have a 1 year NON-IMM (marriage) visa and also work permit. My wife and me intend to divorce shortly. I intend to stay and continue to work at the current workplace. But what about my visa? Is it still valid or will it be revoked?

Do you leave every 90 days for a new entry (visa) or are you on a one year extension of stay for "Thai wife"?

If on extension of stay it ends the day your marriage ends so you would have to convert to employment extension of stay.

Do you have a VISA from an embassy outside Thailand, or an EXTENSION based on marriage obtained from immigration in Thailand?

A VISA will remain valid after divorce an EXTENSION will not.

If you are on an extension of stay, you will have to cancel your permission to stay and change your reason of stay to employment for 1,900 baht.

For that you will of course need to comply with the requirements for getting an extension of stay based on employment.
