I would imagine any of the private hospitals here in Pattaya...Pattaya International,Bangkok Pattaya Hosp or Pattaya Memorial Hosp... would think an orthopedic Dr. could do it for you. Last time I had a cortisone shot in my arm for tennis elbow it was 1000baht for the office visit and injection and that was at a very expensive hospital in BKK
