I have True satellite TV and 3bb internet. Does anyone know if they will suspend service for a set time period while I am away on vacation?

definitely can suspend True.. They still charge a fee of something per month but its maybe 10% of the normal bill. I cancelled mine a while back but did suspend it a few times.

One or two appellations ago (in '09) I stopped my 3BB for 3 mo's - the maximum allowed - with no penalties. After that it resumed and I paid for the other months I was still away. Do note that it was a month stop, not a 10 day stop or something short like that. Best to go into an office and explain/ ask.
