I have seen it, but it is different colours and spelling, so the 20% rule can be invoked for IP.

It looks like Roy Rogers rescuing a maiden in distress, but the horse is wrong?

I like it anyway, so many details in such a small space, my eyes hurt

From memory it started as a purpose taken close up photograph of the logo from my car, as a 3.2 Megapixel image. Then I kept editing the thing until I got the reflection in the metal correct. Then the shadow and all that.

I will roll it out of the Cupboard again, I just saw this image in a cartoon book in the bathroom that my wife reads, and I thought it pertinant to recent posts.

Technically the image is wrong, you only have one rope on a buffalo not a double one line in this image.

I am waiting for Bambi to charge me the $500- USD to come and give the Buffalo a certificate of health.

Ah that's it.... that's what gave it the quality, I remember now.. :o

Current avatar is good... very topical.. :D

What 20% rule ?

Have I missed something ?

If you change a design or pattern by 20% or more, then it is not considered to be the same for Intelectual Property claims.

So the Other Avtar is different Colours and different spelling, therefore a different piece of IP.
