skyaslimit
Hi, My query is that i want to export fresh vegetables and fruits from Thailand to south Asia, need a complete inquiry and process that whether I can do this by using any existing licensed company or do I have to register a new one on my own behalf? frequency will be around 2-3 times a week and shipments will be b/w 200-400 kgs. I will appreciate if you guys have any suggestions.
SunbeltAsiaExpert
You can use your existing company to accommodate this business activity (to export fresh vegetable and fruits) as long as you listed this in your company’s objective (all with Ministry of Commerce, Revenue Department and your Work Permit) as well as to apply for Import/Export License (. This is to protect your company and yourself for not working outside the business scope. You alternative option would be to establish a new and separate juristic identity in the case if you wish to clearly segmented juristic identity and business purposes. www.sunbeltlegaladvisors.com
