Just want some info on a Thai Double entry Tourist Visa. I have one 60 days, Does that mean I can extend 30 days after 60 days has passed and then I can cross the border out of Thailand and return immediately getting another 60 days length of stay on re-entry?

Yes but only if your second entry is during the validity period on your original visa. Often they are 90 days from issue so you might have to go a bit earlier than your 30 day extension of stay date.

A two entry Tourist Visa gives you two entries of 60 days each.

Both entries can be extended at Immigration for a further 30 days.

Just have to make sure that the Visa is still valid before making the second entry.

I think you maybe mis understand my visa situation, The 2 entry tourist visa had a "use by date" until February 2011, of course I used it when I entered Thailand 16th October 2010. Extended 30 daysto 14 December valid until 13 January 2011, So can I do a simple cross over the border and return Thailand with another 60 days onthe 13th January?

We have answered your question - you used the first allowed entry with your October entry. You still have one entry remaining that must be made before February 11 from your posts. So you can do that anytime you want before that February 11 expiration date and receive a new 60 day permitted to stay stamp. You can indeed do that on January 13th.
