My friend Nigel was fitted out with one at Bangkok Pattaya Hospital and it cost him 50,000 baht. Sadley Nigel passed away before he could take delivery of it so if you're looking for a bargain, I'm sure his wife would be pleased to sell it to you for 35,000 bahts.
