Hi Guys,

Just a quick question. Got True HD this month and so far loving it. Just wondering though if anyone has been having sound problems with the True Sport HD channel? The sound is like a rollercoaster always dipping low then gets higher then lower etc. I don't know if it is to do with my TV or not but have tried different sound settings and still the same. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is it only the Sport channel, or all channels?

One channel only would suggest a problem at the True side,

all channels means the problem is at your end.

I get exactly the same...HD channel only.

Can't recall any sound issues though the last time I extensively made use of the HD channels was the Football World Cup so that's a while ago. Since then I check the HD channel every now and then but didn't notice any sound problems.

Guys, I have been toying with subscribing to this (HD) but have not made the jump - really worth it or not?

Thanks for the replies everyone. Yes...it is just the True Sport HD channel that has sound problems. HBO in HD has no problems. Seems to be when the football is on. In response to is it worth it I would say if you love the EPL then it is definitely worth it. So good to get some English punditry and pre-match/half-time analysis. Some of the review programmes are also great and I have really missed this since the football went from Supersports to True. Also the picture quality is amazing! If not a football fan then not too sure as I haven't watched a lot on HBO.

Hi all!!

Still wondering if any other HD users are having sound problems with True Sport HD when live Premiership football is on. I am watching the Bolton v Arsenal game now and the sound is terrible. Going up and down all the time and massively spoiling my enjoyment of live football. On Channel 101 the sound is fine for the same match but obviously the picture quality is bad in comparison.
