PATTAYA: -- Police Colonel Itipon, the Chief of Pattaya’s Immigration Police requested the presence of the local press as he announced the arrest of a German National who is wanted back in Germany on 30 separate charges of deception and theft totaling 30 Million Baht. The German Embassy in Bangkok contacted the Immigration Department informing them of warrants outstanding in Germany and the suspect, Mr. Klaus Schiffer aged 63 from Germany was located and arrested at the Jomtien Tip Condominium.
