Stolen Passport

Featured Replies

hello ,,,stolen passport with jan. 10 as visa expiry date,,,,applied for new one (jan.5) will take approx 2 weeks. called Thai imm. and they said I have to wait till i get new passport before i go to them...I have a letter from US imm. and police report....,,Does this sound right, I cannot do anything with Thai immicgration until i get the new passport? Will I be able to negotiate something with them about the overstay fee?

Is this the same passport that you posted about being stolen 2 days ago, or a different one?

There's nothing to negotiate on overstays. End of story.
