billybobbkk
I have an Amity Treaty company and would like to use the corporate entity to be a shareholder in another company thus fulfilling the 51% Thai ownership. Is this possible and has Sunbelt been successful in doing this exact process?
SunbeltAsiaExpert
If its a restricted business, per USA-Thai officials, won't work on the second Thai company unless that company has Amity treaty as well. Of course you can do it, but if it's ever checked, they state it would be found to be in violation of the Foreign Business Act. www.sunbeltlegaladvisors.com
