There are many photo developing and copying shops all over Chiang Mai, but to make it easy there are a couple on the 3rd floor of the Airport Plaza. They specilize in photos like yours.

They will also frame them for you. Frame costs vary according to quality and size. I have had a couple of family photos taken there and never been disappointed.

Almost any photo shop can print those. Keep in mind that a black and white image can be printed on digital color equipment just fine; the only 'colors' used are shades of grey. If you want you can apply a sepia hue as well, but that's probably overkill and gimmicky.
