I will be purchasing a notebook this week and wondering if I can still apply for a VAT refund after 3 months?? and on my non imm visa?? Thanks in advance....... I just bought the notebook and paid the full VAT and the sales person says that it has to be used within 2 months.....too early for me to leave and if what you say Mac......i stay longer than 180 days......so I loose a few thb.
