LivinginKata
I would think that any wedding photo shop will be able to supply Thai costumes. Plenty of these shops about Phuket Town, I know 2 on the road to Immigration just past the Robinson traffic lights.

ScubaBuddha
There is a fair at nai harn at the moment, presume there is a shop there. Gf and I tried twice at the Karon fair last week only to be given different excuses for why he couldn't do it. He said that he was only "open" because the fair organizers required him to be. I had passport photos taken a while ago that also did this, but I can't remember where it was. It was one of those places with the big yellow "Kodak Digital Services" sign boards. Could have been the one on Chao Fa East 200m from Chalong sort of opposite past the Siam Commercial Bank if your driving toward town.
