Our client is a world leader in travel insurance assistance and personal services with more than one thousand employees located in offices worldwide. Now it is expanding aggressively and needs a suitable candidate to join its company as the Head of Software Development.

Job Description:

• Leading the department in distributed software development.
• Having an understanding of, and the ability to use and explain major aspects of .Net, C#, JAVA, ASP and PHP.
• Ensuring software projects are completed according to corporate development methodologies and product specifications, and that they are properly documented.
• Providing guidance and input into strategic and technical planning for software projects.

Qualification:

• Native English speaker.

• Aged between 28-35 years old.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering or equivalent certification.

• Having at least 5 years experience in leading an IT development organisation.

• Excellent presentation and project management skills.

• Strong analytical skills and a dynamic personality.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
