I need a good place to make some business cards which are laminated, preferably on the dark side?

Not on the darkside but next door to Friendship on Pattaya Tai. Actually next to where Decorum used to be, it's a small printing shop. Good quality materials and not a bad price.

Most of the internet cafe's on the Eastside offer business card, menu etc. printing.
