would 125 pound a week be enough i am trying to budget for a four month stay.this is not including accomadation.as i intend to pay upfront.is this enough to survive in koh samui for four months.

depends what you intend to spend it on. Farang food every day & night, paying for a lady everyight, drinking cocktails on the beach every afternoon & renting a car everyday, then no, 125 quid a week will get you no where. Eating thai food for most meals with farang food once a day, going out 4+ nights a week & sticking with heineken or thai whiskey, no paid services from the ladies, & renting a moped by the month, then yes, should be sufficient. :o You shoudl also count in the cost of visa runs if you are on a tourist visa, exit every month will cost approx 30 quid per month for a trip to malaysia with an overnight stay at one of the cheap guesthouses on the border. Have fun
