2 Tourist Visas Already.

Featured Replies

Sorry being lazy asking this question as I am sure the info is already here somewhere.

I have had 2 back to back tourist visas 60+30 x 2 (uk passport) and a few visa on arrival entry stamps, the Kota Bharu consulate said I would not get another tourist visa there so what I want to know is if I go to another consulate will they give me another tourist visa?

Or do I have to go back to the UK to be sure of getting either the 12 month non O or 6 month tourist visa?

cheers all

Can anyone definitively answer "will you be given another TV?" No.

You would probably be just fine going to Laos or better yet using an agent through Cambodia.

yeah using agents in Vientiane or Cambodia and you will be able to get another double no problem. Just figure on 3,000 to 3,500 for the agent fee.

You could try to apply in Laos on your own and see if they give you a double. if they don't then probably a single or you want to say no thanks and go outside and talk with an agent... Even paying a fee and getting a double will save you money on coming back in 3 months.

Vientiane/Laos has tighten up a lot since they got a new Consul 3month ago.

Using outside agent is no guarantee to get a visa.

Companies from Bangkok travel regulary to Cambodia and send passport to Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh while you wait on the cambodian side of the border.
