we arrived in phnom penh on friday afternnoon and had to wait till monday morning for the embassy to open, so over the weekend we asked about how long it would take to process and the same answer was 4 days we looked for agent who maybe do a quikker service but nobody seemed interested so we went 9.30 am on monday there was many agents outside who all said 4 days so i paid agent 15 dollars and he said tomorrow at 3pm.

3pm the next day we was told to sit and wait meanwhile many people collected their passports

the staff were very rude and just kept saying sit down, 5pm many agents turned up and we still had to wait

we finally got our passports back at 7pm we waited 4 hours , there wes people waiting who had applied 4 days before but there was also people who had applied the previous day without an agent .

most of the agents who were waiting with us said they only charge 3 dollar so shop around or take a chance it depends how long you want to stay in the city
