hi all

my 90 days is up on the 24th. C an i do the run on the 24th or do i have to go the day before

cheers

You don't give enough information.

You must leave the country before or on the day your permission to stay ends. If yu still have valid multiple entry VISA, you can re-enter the same day.

Incase the last day of your permission to stay is also the day your visa expires, I would do it a day before just to be safe.

hi mario

i think you answerd my question, its an o visa still has 9 months to run, my first 90 days is up on the 24th jan, so i can go on the 24th?

Yes, your stamp in your passport when you entered the country tells you till when you cna stay. If it say the 24th you have to leave the country by that day the latest, but can come back the same hour for a new 90 days.
