hi. Am looking for a good nightclub close to central world please. when i am in bangkok i stay at intercontinental, and have tried their club - always the same dj playing american gangster rap or whatever it is called these days.

will be taking my girlfriend, so not a girly bar.

any suggestions, with name and location pls?

Anyone tried the new Bkk Insomnia on Suk Soi 12? Might be worth a go if your after some house/techno. Bed is good but can be expensive.

Narz and 808 are also worth a punt.

A nice, though bit expensive on weekends, nightclub and disco is Spasso in the Hyatt Grand Erawan, just a short distance from CW. Spasso would be appropriate for a GF

There's also the disco/club in the basement of the Ambassador Hotel Suk Soi 11, and the Liquid disco in the Nana Hotel, Suk Soi 4... Both places are much closer to where the OP is staying than RCA, but tend to have a lot of BGs and may not be appropriate for a GF...

It really depends, on whether the OP is looking for someplace to go for dancing, or just to have drinks and listen to music... Regular discos are relatively fewer, while drinking/club places are far more numerous.
