EG: http://www.piyavan.com/ Was going to suggest "Northgate" on Ratchada, near SCB Park, everything you are looking for, excellent place, but maybe too out the way for you and is THB 2000/day for a studio includes free breakfast/ free internet etc....may be able to do a deal with them....but highy recommended

Plus I am writing this after attending a BD party where I am the only farrang and everyone wants to drink with the Farrang Northgate as posted, stay there every time I am in town/the office...pools on the roof, restaurants down the road at Major complex, restaurant in Northgate compex reasonably good food, laundry rate fair etc.....little bit of a taxi ride to Sky train and sub-way...but that the drawn back I have found

Or if you are a member of Eva Air flight club you get 50% discount..
