We want to make some sausages... perhaps we have been drinking a wee bit.

Not really... well a little ... anybody knows where one might find/buy/order casings (prefer the artificial kind) to make some delicious homemade sausages here in the Land of Smiles.

Celpack - Cellulose casing

Walsroder Visko - Fibrous casing

Sheep casing - Natural sheep casing

Hog casing - Natural hog casing

seem you have to contact them by call , and you ask them for detail ,

there is a company in pattaya that makes decent sausages and bacon. when the wife gets back from germany ill be able to tell you the contact details

We use fresh pig innards, taste far better than artificial. Get them from your local market already cleaned just need washing with lots of salt. The missus has loads of laughs putting them on the sausage maker, sort of like a 6 foot condom :D

Inside I just put coarsely minced pork loin, about 25% belly pork for the fat and 10% white breadcrumbs, season well with just salt and pepper..... mmmmmm!

If you need a machine we got a hand cranked mincer (like Mr wimpy on Popeye uses) from a place in Chinatown for 500Baht complete with a sausage filler attachment.
