Has anyone done this, I am going to uk for 2 weeks in may and would like to visit switzerland for a week too.

Do I need to oraganise a seperate Swiss visa for my Thai wife?

Your wife requires a Schengen visa issued by the Swiss Embassy. If you are visiting other European countries on your visit, then you may be able to apply for a Schengen visa at the Embassy of one of the other countries depending on how long you will stay in each country.

See Visas for people residing in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos or Myanmar from the Swiss embassy.

Read the application form carefully, as she is the spouse of an EU national not all the questions on the application form need to be answered and the visa should be free.

B) as I know you have to applay for a Schenge Visa in this Embassy of country which you visit/arrive first, after if it isn't Switzerland first destination, no problem to visit Switzerland too.
