My mother in law owns one. Never any issues, and any dude at any gas station can do regular maintenance on it because it's such a common vehicle. They're popular for a reason: they don't break, and low mileage. (Any Thai built pick-up is solid though, especially if you make sure you don't get the first ones off the line for a new model) I've been looking at the new Toyota Prius that's now made in Thailand, but... wow, imagine asking Uncle Bob The Mechanic to do something on that one.. It's a fairly big vehicle though, wheel base almost the same as a Camry. Costs about the same as a Fortuner.
