There's a Thai gov website with information about requirements for visa on arrival (for my Philippine friend).

It's not the poor designed and outdated "immigration.go.th" but a much better website also from the gov but I can't find it.

Anyone who knows which one ?

If hes Philippine nationality he does not qualify for a visa on arrival, rather for a visa exempt entry.

Requirements are easy:

- have a ticket out of the country within 30 days of arrival

- enough money (10,000 baht)

- passport valid for more than 6 months
