According to Thai Labour Law, the employer cannot employ a person more than 6 days a week:

Section 28. A boss shall arrange for an employee to have a weekly holiday of not less than one day per week, such that the interval between weekly holidays must be not be less than six days. The boss and the employee may agree in advance to fix any day as the weekly holiday.

When an employee performs hotel work, transportation work, work in a forest, work in the countryside or such other work as prescribed in ministerial regulations, within any period of four consecutive weeks, the boss and the employee may agree in advance to accumulate weekly holidays, but such holidays must be taken within those four consecutive weeks.

I think it would be 133 times the number of days worked in the month....I guess if you wanted to make a monthly salary then to be on the safe side figure out the greatest number of days that could be worked in a month and use that amount...then for sure you would be paying enough....if you want to pay less then you probably could...many people make less than minimum wage....many people don't take a day off each week either.
