Transferring Internet Service To New House?

Featured Replies

I have 3bb premier in the Chang Kien area and it works great. Moving to a place in Hong Noi and was wondering if it is possible to transfer service to another house? I don't want to have to sign up with a new contract as I would like to keep my current contract so I can get my 2,000 baht deposit back. I am only 6 months into the 1 year required to get my deposit back.

We have 3BB as our internet service provider.

We are located in Nakhon Phanom and moved house within the city. Basically same day service with no problem at all, although it was 3 and a half years ago. Kept the same contract going, we do not have any deposit lying with 3BB so can't help with that part.

They still send the monthly bill sometimes to the old address, despite telling them numerous times to send it here, not a big problem really.

Regards

Mr Conrad
