You just go to the nearest big city in a neighboring country.. Penang or KL in Malaysia. Vientianne in Laos and apply for new tourist visa.

Have you already extended it for 30 days in Bkk? Sounds to me like you had a double entry tourist visa before. 60+30 (x2) So you just want another one.

Go before Mar 31 and the visa is free.

Penang is the easiest option i think.. fly there on Air asia go to Chulia street.. have many agents there. I think Jim at Jims Place is the best.

No need for a travel agent.. Just book the flight and go.

Phraya Thai on the Bts has a station for the new airport link to take you to the airport for 45baht.

You can also see my latest report on my trip to Penang last month..

Penang will not issue a back to back tourist visa if the last one has been extended at immigrations.

Only Vientiane will issue double entry TR in the region.
