I come to Thailand and stay 6 months every year. I just use dbl entry tourist visa and been doing that for last 4-5 years. Is there or will there be any problem with that in the future?I get my visa in the states.

Highly unlikely you will have any problems.

As above. The limitations seems aimed at people staying (almost) continuously in Thailand, not at people like you who travel to Thailand regularly but also spend great amounts of time outside of Thailand.

You are, almost by definition, a Tourist - visit for 6 months, go home and (presumably) work, visit again. I would imagine that you'll be welcomed with open arms!
